Venture Design & Growth
Starting, growing and maintaining a business or organization is at its core like building a house with three main phases: architecting, planning, realisation … but also filling it with (the right) people, manage your neighbours, renovate or even change the floorplan or blueprint when necessary, sometimes sell or relocate, clean, improve, insure, maintain, develop, …
The house that is our organization has moving walls that constantly keep us on our toes and demands to go through these phases over and over again.
There are, however, six weight bearing cornerstones that – if equally strong and perfectly (re-)aligned - will withhold every change and storm for decades or even generations.
Entrepreneurship and Organisational Development is the art and skill of bringing and keeping these ruling forces in balance and reciprocity – achieved with a never ending string of isolated and linked projects.
Planning, building and managing (or better: controlling) your organization based on this concept will allow you to act and react on insights derived from the (organisation-wide) awareness gained form the principle of transparency and teamwork created with constant communication and the concept of Kaizen.
It will assist you in making the right decision and serve you to draw a blueprint how to make the right things happen the right way. It will also allow you to be fully aware of any changes or raising opportunities in time and finding ways to make the best of both.
As entrepreneurs we face the daily challenge to gain and strengthen Strategic Edge and Operational Excellence.
